Edinburgh University Chamber Choir is a jewel in the crown of Edinburgh University’s musical life. Students audition to be part of this prestigious team of singers, who perform some of the most challenging vocal repertoire from the 12th to the 21st century. Their annual foreign tour is always a highlight in their calendar and being directed by Michael Bawtree, one of the country’s most versatile musicians and leading choral conductors, they make an impact wherever they go with their youthful energy and attention to detail.

For their first visit to Cumnock, they will bring a range of music from traditional and sacred choral works to contemporary classical.

Please Note: the venue for this event has changed to Cumnock Old Church, rather than St John’s Church as previously advertised.
